Ms. Hanan Tahir
BSc-Dental Hygiene
Bio:
Ms. Hanan Tahir has been in the Dental Industry for over ten years and she chooses to specialize in Dental Hygiene. Her primary interest lies in Guided biofilm therapy and airflow technology and she has the privilege of conducting numerous workshops and lectures on these topics both in the UAE and internationally. She obtained her BSc Degree in Dental Hygiene from Riyadh College of Dentistry and Pharmacy in 2009. After graduation, she decided to further her knowledge and experience by spending two years in the United Kingdom before moving to the United Arab Emirates.
Currently, Ms. Tahir holds the position of President in the Emirates Dental Hygienists Club and actively working towards bringing the Dental Hygiene community together. She strongly believes in the power of new technologies and strives to stay at the forefront of their application in her everyday practice. These efforts have helped her stand out among her peers and have resulted in being chosen as an EMS Ambassador and Swiss Dental Academy trainer. Additionally, Ms. Tahir is proud to be an iTop trainer (Individually trained oral prophylaxis).
