Digitally Driven Smile Makeover “Hands-on”
Course Objectives:
- To describe the novel concepts for treatment planning and execution in the digital era.
- To design, present, communicate, perform, deliver and maintain a smile makeover restoration using interdisciplinary treatment plan is simply done by using digital technology. from the diagnostic mock up to the final restoration.
- Controlling the geometry provides freedom for the practitioner to develop a restorative digital plan that can be followed throughout the patient’s treatment.
- New ceramic materials used with computer assisted techniques have considerably enhanced the dental team choice and the results that can be achieved

Dr. Alessandro Agnini
DDS
Bio:
Dr. Alessandro Agnini graduated in 1989 from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. He has private dental practices in Modena and Sassuolo, Emilia Romagna, where he dedicates only to Fixed Prosthetic Dentistry, Periodontology and implant Dentistry.
He attended the Fixed Prosthetic and Periodontology programs of studies with Doctor Gianfranco Di Febo and the One Year Program in Implant Dentistry with Doctor Mauro Merli. He has been an adjunct Professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, for the teaching of Fixed Prosthetic Dentistry and Implant Prosthetic Dentistry.
He is author and co-author of italian and international scientific publications and italian and international lecturer. Since 2011 he is a lecturer of the Dental Xp Website, being also part of the Editorial Board. Author of the book “The Digital Revolution: the learning curve” edited by Quintessence in 2014 Since 2019 he is part of the directory board of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Andrea Agnini

Bio:
Dr. Andrea Mastrorosa Agnini graduated in 2007 from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Dr. Agnini works in private practice in Modena and Sassuolo, Emilia Romagna, Italy, following his brother, Alessandro, focusing on Fixed Prosthetic Dentistry, Periodontology, and Implant Dentistry.
He has been the Clinical Research Fellow of the Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at NYU, under the supervision of Dr Sang Choon Cho. He is co-author of various Italian and international scientific publications and international lecturer. Since 2011 he is a lecturer of the Dental Xp Website, being also part of the Editorial Board.
Author of the book “Digital Dental Revolution: The Learning Curve” and “Digital Dental Revolution 2.0 – Clinical and Technical approaches in a modern clinical reality” edited by Quintessence Publishing in 2014 and 2022 respectively.
Founder, together with his brothers Alessandro, of the DDR Education, society who has the aim of organize and take part of Congresses and Courses in Italy and Worldwide.
