How to claim CME credits

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) oversees the regulation and accreditation of healthcare-related practices in Saudi Arabia.

Important:

  • Credits are awarded based on the duration of your participation in each session.
  • Every time you enter or exit the conference hall, you will be required to scan your E-badge at the gateway located at the entrance of the conference hall. Failure to scan your E-badge will result in non-calculation of the credit hours.
  • The System will automatically calculate the time spent during the session based on your entry and exit.
  • To qualify for CME credits, attendees must be present for at least 75% of the session.

Guidelines for Saudi Residents:

  • Ensure all registration details are accurate, especially your SCFHS ID number. The required information includes:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Job Title
    • Company/Organization
    • Email
    • Mobile Number
    • Country
    • SCFHS ID Number
  • Inaccurate or missing information will make you ineligible to receive CME credits.
  • For any changes with your SCFHS ID number, you may send an email to registration@sidc.org.sa. Deadline to update your SCFHS ID number is on the 2nd day of the conference (6th February 2026).
  • Approved CME credits will be reflected in your Mumaris account within 20-30 working days after the event, subject to SCFHS review and approval.
  • You may log into your SCFHS account to confirm credit allocation.

Guidelines for Non-Saudi Residents:

  • Certificate of Attendance, reflecting the number of CME credits earned, can be downloaded through the website. You will receive an email when the certificates are ready.
  • These certificates can be submitted to local accrediting bodies for recognition.
  • Please note: SCFHS does not have formal reciprocal agreements with other countries. Recognition of CME credits will depend on the policies of the respective national authorities.
