Speaker:
Prof. Ramtin Sadid-Zadeh
DDS, MS
Bio:
Dr. Ramtin Sadid-Zadeh is Professor and Head of the Division of Prosthodontics, and Associate Program Director for Postgraduate Prosthodontics at UAB School of Dentistry. He previously served as Dean of Digital Technologies at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Sadid-Zadeh earned his DDS from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, followed by seven years in private practice.
He later completed a Master’s in Dental Materials, a certificate in Prosthodontics, and a Maxillofacial Prosthetics fellowship at UAB. He also earned a DDS from the University at Buffalo and is a graduate of the ADEA Leadership Institute. A recognized leader in digital dentistry, Dr. Sadid-Zadeh contributed to the ACP digital dentistry curriculum and has lectured and published extensively, including a book chapter on digital fixed prosthodontics. With over 12 years of intramural practice experience, he actively serves in leadership roles in the ACP and AAFP.
