Dr. Karimov graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University School of Dentistry in 2005. He completed an Internship in Restorative Dentistry at Medical University, University of Novosibirsk School of Dentistry. He enjoys seeing his patients at his private dental practice in Azerbaijan, White Esthetic Dental. The main focus of his practice are esthetic composite restorations and veneers. He has been actively teaching continuing dental education courses. He has lectured internationally and trained many dentists in his hands-on courses in many countries. He published his cases in international peer-reviewed journals. When he is not practicing dentistry he enjoys dental photography and spends time with his family.

Dr. Hakam Mousa earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Jordan in 1995 and he passed the American National Dental Board exam in 1996. He earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Operative Dentistry and his Masters of Science in Dentistry from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He earned the Fellowship status of the Academy of General Dentistry and passed the written exam of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry toward the accreditation status of AACD. Dr. Mousa is an examiner for the Jordanian Specialty Board in Conservative Dentistry. Dr. Mousa worked as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy and in private practice in the State of Michigan. Currently, he has full time multi-specialty private practice in Amman, and is a part time Clinic Supervisor at the University of Jordan Dental School.

Dr. Mohammed Bahanshal is a Consultant Prosthodontics at King Abdul-Aziz Medical City National Guard Hospital in Jeddah. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics (Boston University), and a certified Digital Smile Designer (Miami USA). He acquired an eDiploma in Entrepreneurship and Leadership Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. He work part-time in Samaya Clinic and plan to continue forming smiles on patient’s face.

Dr. Nawal Alharbi is a Prosthodontist and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, King Saud University, College of Dentistry, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Alharbi obtained her Bachelor Degree of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in Prosthodontics from King Saud University. Dr. Norah Al-Ajaji earned her BDS Degree from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She obtained her Fellowship and Master’s Degree under the Department of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, USA Dr. Alajaji is the founder of NAJ Training Center, a Specialized Dental Training Center in different specialties, located in Riyadh. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Saudi Board of Restorative Dentistry, and an active committee member in the Saudi Dental Licensing Exam under the umbrella of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Currently, Dr. Al-Ajaji is practicing in Sigal Dental Clinics, specializing in Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry with a special focus on Minimally Invasive and CAD/CAM Dentistry. Alongside, she has been lecturing nationally and internationally, as well as conducting continuing education courses in the scope of her specialty.

Dr. Waseem Radwan granted his BDS from Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile he obtained his training in several major hospitals in different departments, then he received his Master of Advanced Studies degree in (Restorative) at the University of Geneva - Switzerland, and completed his Doctoral degree at the same University. Dr. Waseem maintained various teaching and research projects focusing on the field of esthetic and digital dentistry. He also earned a great experience in managing different esthetic cases, he is currently holding the position of Chairman and Program Director of Restorative Dentistry – Riyadh Elm University – Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Ahmad Imam completed his master degree in biomaterials, implant fellowship, a prosthodontic certificate in USA in 2013. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada. He runs a busy private practice in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Imam’s practice adopts a conservative comprehensive care philosophy to provide patients with sound and stable, esthetic and functional results. His clinical practice is known for finding solutions for challenging full mouth rehabilitation cases, poorly positioned implants, broken screws, and pushing the restorability edge of badly decayed (hopeless) cases. Dr. Imam held many posts at the faculty of dentistry, King Abdulaziz University, including chairing and directing the Comprehensive Care Clinical Program and contributed to the internship program.

Dr. Joerd van der Meer area of expertise is 3D technology and he has a PhD on “3D digital workflows”. He works at University Medical Centre of Groningen and at the Kolff Institute for Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science, where he specializes in the clinical application of 3D technology like the cone-beam CT, 3D scanners, 3D preoperative surgical planning and 3D printing. The last few years the focus of his research has been artificial intelligence and robotics in Medicine. He also treats patients at his referral clinic for endodontic treatment and orofacial pain. Since 2009 he has been Honorary Research Associate at the University College of London Eastman Dental Institute and since 2019 honorary Professor at the Medical College of the Tianjin University in China

Dr. Mohammed Jafer is a poet, professor (assistant) and specialist in Dental Public Health. He has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Dental Public Health, Maastricht University. Dr. Jafer has multiple qualifications include the following: Residency in Dental Public Health (DPH), Master of Public Health (MPH) and Clinical Periodontics Fellowship (FCPI), all from Case Western Reserve University, USA; and a Bachelor in dental surgery (BDS), King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Jafer has supervised Master and PhD students and was awarded the Saudi Aramco Prize for Public Services in 2017 and was nominated for the WHO Prize (Middle East) in 2019 for his innovative work relating to oral cancer prevention. Dr. Jafer was the Head of development and execution committee of the first Oral Health Promotion program in 2014, Jazan region, Saudi Arabia. He developed the first oral cancer intervention initiative (ISAC) and was the Head of many Scientific Committees including the National Conference of Oral Cancer in 2019.

Dr. Dania Alagii obtained her DR.P.H. in Maternal and Child Health University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Public Health. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Public Health and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She received her Certificate in Residency Program in Dental Public Health, CDC, Atlanta, GA. and Certificate in Medical Education from the University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Asma’a Al-Ekrish is currently a Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (OMFR) College of Dentistry, King Saud University and Program Director of the OMFR Track of the Doctorate of Science in Dentistry Program at KSU, and Head of the Scientific Activities Committee of the Division of OMFR at KSU. She has numerous patents in the field of maxillofacial imaging, and has published numerous book chapters and scientific research papers on various OMFR topics including development of artificial intelligence models for various imaging tasks, validation of computed tomography (CT) for maxillofacial applications, computer aided implantology, CT dose reductions in maxillofacial imaging, and validation of imaging hardware and software programs for various tasks. She is a member of editorial board of the journal Dentomaxillofacial Radiology (DMFR), and reviewer for numerous national and international peer reviewed journals.

Dr. Dhafer Alsuwied is a Consultant, Oral and Maxillofacial, Head and Neck Oncology, and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is American Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Florida. Dr. Dalia Nourah graduated from King Abdulaziz University with Bachelor of Dental Medicine and Surgery degree in 2011. She obtained a certificate of advanced graduate education of periodontology along with a master's degree from University at Buffalo school of Dental Medicine 2018. She obtained a fellowship in surgical and restorative implant dentistry from University at Buffalo 2019. She became a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow of Royal collage of Dentist (Canada) in 2019. Currently, she works as an Assistant Professor at the Division of Periodontology, Department of basic and oral sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, Umm Al Qura University. She is member of publishing team and social media team at Saudi society of periodontology and a board member of Digital Saudi society. She presented many workshops and lectures nationally and internationally.

Dr. Alhazmi is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Orthodontics at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She obtained her Doctorate degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2020. Dr. Alhazmi is a board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO). She received her Orthodontic Certificate and Master’s degree in 2017 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She completed her dental education at King Saud University College of Dentistry in 2012. Dr. Alhazmi has been recognized with the James H. Shaw Award from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She works in private orthodontic practice and she is actively engaged in research, her main interests are craniofacial growth and development, 3D imaging and genetics.

Dr. Omar Al Zahrani graduated in 2016 from Batterjee Medical College with a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery. He then went on to complete his Master Endodontic Training Program at King Abdulaziz University in 2021 and is currently working as an Endodontist at King Abdulaziz University Hospital.

She received her Clinical Certificate in Advanced Graduate Education in Esthetic & Operative Dentistry from Tufts University. Afterwards, she attended King’s College London, where she obtained a Clinical Master’s Degree (MClinDent) in Prosthodontics, followed by Clinical Subspecialty Fellowship Training in Maxillofacial Rehabilitation. Dr. Alsaggaf is a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeon of Edinburgh in Prosthodontics.

Dr. Marghalani is an Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics at Umm Al-Qura University. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Medicine & Surgery at King Abdulaziz University. He completed his Prosthodontics training at Tufts University, accompanied by a Master’s Degree in Dental Research, followed by clinical subspecialty fellowship training in Advanced Digital Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. He achieved his dental degree (BDS) with second honor at King Abdulaziz University (Saudi Arabia) in 2012. He is also a Fellow of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Mohanad Atwa is a Consultant Prosthodontist and Fellow of Royal College of Dentist in Canada, working in King Abdulaziz University Dental Hospital. He graduated from the University of Florida Prosthodontic Residency and Advance Implant Fellowship. He is interested in digital prosthodontic application and full mouth rehabilitation.

Dr. Johnson received her doctorate from University of Tennessee with honors before completing her pediatric dentistry residency and post-doctoral master’s at the University of North Carolina. She serves as adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina. She has been inducted into the International College of Dentists and served as the President of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Johnson has been in full-time private practice, using conventional treatment, conscious sedation, and general anesthesia, and is experienced in all aspects of clinical pediatric dentistry. She has completed multiple Ironman races with her husband, and they enjoy traveling with their children.

He is a member of SDS, British and the Japanese Societies for Disability and Oral Health and International Association for Disability and Oral Health. He is a founder of the Arab Society for Disability and Oral Health and the Saudi representative for the Asian Association for Disability and Oral Health. He is involved in clinical research (published and presented his work locally and internationally) and involved in postgraduate teaching and training of SCFHS Board of Oral Medicine & Pathology residents.

Dr. Hussain IbnAhmad is a Consultant in Advanced General Dentistry. He earned his degree in Bachelor of Dentistry from Jordan University of Science & Technology. He undertook internship training in New York University followed by a fellowship in infectious disease from New Jersey University. He also completed a clinical certificate in Advanced Education of General Dentistry and a Diploma in Conscious Sedation at the University of Texas Health Science Centre at San Antonio. Dr. IbnAhmad continues his higher studies in 2020 at Dublin Dental University Hospital, Trinity College Dublin in Ireland to obtain Clinical Doctorate Degree in Special Care Dentistry. He was a joint winner of the innovation award for distinguished in a non-verbal pain assessment pathway from the Irish Society for Disability and Oral Health in 2021. His research interest theme is the reduction of oral health inequalities for people living with disability and vulnerable groups where he recently participated in a research poster presentation at The International Association of Disability and Oral Health Conference in Paris in 2022.

Dr. Karen P. West is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in the US where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She completed a General Practice Residency, Master’s degree in Public Health and Certificate in Medical Management. Dr. West served as Dean and Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine until she became President and CEO of the American Dental Education Association in Washington, DC. She was Chair of the Council of Deans and Chair of the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Dr. West received the ADEA Distinguished Service Award.

Prof Dr Pål Barkvoll is an experienced administrator and professor of Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. A former Dean and Head of Dental Services he is skilled in Clinical Research, Medical Education, Life Sciences, Epidemiology, and Medical Devices. He has a strong education professional background. Pal has also holds qualifications in Military and Strategic Leadership from The Norwegian Military Academy. Prof. Barkvoll is the President of ADEE (Association for Dental Education in Europe) for 2022-2023.

Dr. Sabbah is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program (AEGD) at The University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. He completed his DDS, PhD and 2 AEGD certificate at UTHSA in 2015. Dr. Sabbah served as a General Practice Group leader for 4 years where he invented a web application for student assessment that was fully implemented at UTHSA in 2017. Dr. Sabbah received The University of Texas Kenneth I. Shine M.D., Award for innovation and the UT Health President’s Translational and Entrepreneurial Research Award for his contribution towards clinical assessments. Dr. Sabbah has won several awards including: “Professor of The Year” in 2019, 2020 and 2022 and the “Excellence in Clinical Teaching Award” in 2018. Dr. Sabbah clinical expertise focuses on interdisciplinary treatment planning, digital workflow and clinical implementation for full mouth rehabilitation, all on X and smile design cases. Dr. Sabbah has published several articles and has recently authored chapter I of the new “Smile Design” book. He has focused his current research on the use of digital software for smile analysis and 3D printing. Dr. Sabbah has been a PI on several grants for a total of $1.5 million and has presented at numerous national meetings. He currently serves as the councilor of the section on Comprehensive Dentistry at ADEA and is an AEGD site visitor for CODA.

Mr. Florin Stoboran graduated from the Dental Technician School in Oradea, Romania, He continued his studies in ceramics and specialized in fixed prosthetics, esthetics and implantology. Since 1996, he has worked in his own laboratory in Oradea, where he specializes in esthetic dentistry and all-ceramic restorations. He also teaches courses on these topics at his Training Center for Esthetics. Mr. Florin Stoboran has collaborated with Ivoclar Vivadent AG since 2005. He is Ivoclar Vivadent’s opinion leader for Romania and takes part in the campaign “The world speaks e.max”. He has given lectures and conducted hands-on courses (with a focus on morphofunctional aspects, colour and texture as a whole) at national and international events such as Competence in Esthetics, Dental World, International Ivoclar Vivadent Seminar in Colombia, Dental Esthetic Marathon and The Days of Dental Technician.

Mr. Ibrahim Alammari is certified Exocad Trainer Level 3. He completed his degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from Damascus University in 2010. During his professional career he has worked for several years as Dental Technician for one of the Dental Laboratories in Syria, before joining Zirkonzahn in Middle East where he grew to become Training and Support Manager. Subsequently he was holding the position of CAD-CAM Manager in Dubai Health Authority in United Arab Emirates for 5 years. Currently Mr. Ibrahim Alammari is working at Align Technology as Clinical Trainer for iTero, providing education on digital workflow, iTero intraoral scanner and continuing delivering trainings on Exocad.

Dr. McLaren is a Prosthodontist and Master Dental Ceramist. He is a retired Professor from both UCLA and UAB School of Dentistry. He was founder and first director of the Post Graduate Esthetic Dentistry at the UCLA School of Dentistry. He was the Director of the UCLA Center for Esthetic Dentistry, a full time didactic and clinical program for graduate dentists. Dr. McLaren is still actively involved in many areas of prosthodontic and materials research and have authored or co-authored over 90 articles. He recently published a book, on his ceramic techniques and features dental photographic art, entitled “The Art of Passion: Ceramics, Teeth, Faces, and Places.” Dr. McLaren currently is the CEO of ArtOral America a private teaching institute based in Park City Utah. He maintains a private practice limited to prosthodontics and esthetic dentistry in which he did all of his own ceramics.
