Dr. Abdallah Adlan finished his Master of Bioethics Degree from King Saud University for Health Sciences. He obtained two PhDs, in Health Sciences from the University of Bradford, and in Bioethics from the University of Birmingham. Currently, Dr. Adlan is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of the National Institute for Health Research, Chairman of the National Committee of Health Care Ethics, Chairman of the National Committee of the Ethics of Healthcare in cases of scarce resources during epidemic situations and Bioethics Consultant with the Saudi Health Council.

Dr. Ebtissam Murshid is a full Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over the course of her career, Dr. Murshid has published several acclaimed research papers, as well as an illustrated book for children to help them grow accustomed to the dentist’s office, the book is published in both Arabic and English languages. In addition to her research achievements, she is also renowned nationwide for her expertise in the treatment of children with ASD, and founded the first dental clinic in Riyadh dedicated to the treatment of children with special needs at the college of Dentistry, King Saud University Dr. Murshid is a graduate of College of Dentistry, King Saud University she holds a Doctorate of Public Health, a Master’s of Public Health, a Master’s of Science in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, and a Certificate of Clinical Specialty in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, all from the School of Dentistry at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Faleh Alqahtani currently serving as Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at College of Pharmacy, KSU. He pursued his PhD from school of Pharmacy at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Amarillo, Texas, USA. During PhD, Dr. Alqahtani worked on state of the art methods pertaining to study the permeability of small molecules into the brain in the general anesthetized mice models. Current at KSU, Dr. Alqahtani is working on acute traumatic brain injury (TBI) mice model to investigate the dynamics of blood brain barrier and some ameliorative novel therapeutics approach such as the combination of ketamine (anesthetic agent) and perampanel (AMPA receptor antagonist: a new Antiseizure drug). Many behavioral, cellular and molecular approaches are under investigation pertaining to TBI.

I earned a bachelor degree in special education- intellectual disabilities then I worked as a special education teacher in public school before starting my higher education. I was able to finish my PhD in special education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My research focus is on the design of effective professional development for special education services providers. Currently, I work as a faculty member at King Saud University- Special Education Department, and the Executive Director of Administrative Affairs of the Saudi Association of Special Education.

Dr. Shuroug Ahmad Alowais has completed her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at King Saud University. She then continued her education in the United States and obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and Infectious Diseases Residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. Currently, Dr. Shuroug is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacy Practice at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences and a Clinical Pharmacist Specialized in Infectious Diseases at King Abdulaziz Medical City.

Sumayah Alrubayie earned her Master's Degree with a Major in Special Education and Minor in High Incidence Disabilities from the University of Kansas. She earned Outstanding Research Award in 2019. Sumayah interests focus on designing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based practice interventions and strategies in special education and systematic screening. She is currently a special education candidate at King Saud University and Member of the Board of Special Education Association.

Dr. Waleed Alshehri is currently working as a senior clinical pharmacist specialized in pain management/palliative care, clinical pharmacy department, pharmacy administration, King Fahad Medical City (KFMC), Riyadh. Dr. Alshehri graduated from the pharmacy college at King Saud University in Riyadh with a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences in 2000. After his graduation, he worked as a staff pharmacist in different pharmacy sections (outpatient pharmacy, Unit Dose pharmacy, I.V admixture room, Chemo-room, extemporaneous preparation pharmacy, drug information and satellite pharmacies) at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh. In 2005, Dr. Alshehri joined KFMC and established the ICUs Satellite pharmacy, where he worked until 2008. Dr. Alshehri was awarded a scholarship in 2008 from KFMC to complete his subspecialty from the United Kingdom. In 2010, he obtained his master’s degree in pain management from the University of Leicester, UK. After returning to KFMC, he joined two departments, the pain management and palliative care departments, as a clinical pharmacist for 3 years. In 2013, he was awarded a scholarship from KFMC to complete post-graduate training in the clinical pharmacy field in North America. In 2017, he obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from Massachusetts Colleague of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, MCPHS University, Boston, USA. He resumed back his clinical pharmacy duties with pain management and palliative care. Dr. Alshehri is a member of the International Association for the Study of Pain, the Saudi Society of Pain Medicine, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).
