Failure to scan your E-badge will result in non-calculation of the credit hours.<\/li>\n<li>The System will automatically calculate the time spent during the session based on your entry and exit.<\/li>\n<li>To qualify for CME credits, attendees must be present for at least 75% of the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #00ff00;\"> Guidelines for Saudi Residents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all registration details are accurate, especially your SCFHS ID number. The required information includes:First NameLast Name\n<ul>\n<li>Job Title<\/li>\n<li>Company\/Organization<\/li>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<li>Mobile Number<\/li>\n<li>Country<\/li>\n<li>SCFHS ID Number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Inaccurate or missing information will make you ineligible to receive CME credits.<\/li>\n<li>For any changes with your SCFHS ID number, you may send an email to registration@sidc.org.sa. Deadline to update your SCFHS ID number is on the 2nd day of the conference (28th November 2025).<\/li>\n<li>Approved CME credits will be reflected in your Mumaris account within 20-30 working days after the event, subject to SCFHS review and approval.<\/li>\n<li>You may log into your SCFHS account to confirm credit allocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Guidelines for Non-Saudi Residents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificate of Attendance, reflecting the number of CME credits earned, will be sent via email to participants after the event.<\/li>\n<li>These certificates can be submitted to local accrediting bodies for recognition.<\/li>\n<li>Please note: SCFHS does not have formal reciprocal agreements with other countries.
