How to have a predictable workflow in Endodontic Microsurgery (Hands-On)
Course Objectives:
The objective of this workshop is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, techniques, and clinical applications of modern endodontic microsurgery. Through a combination of evidence-based lectures, live demonstrations, and hands-on training under the dental operating microscope,
attendees will:
- Gain knowledge of surgical anatomy, case selection, and treatment planning.
- Develop skills in microsurgical access, root end preparation, and retrograde filling techniques.
- Learn to integrate contemporary biomaterials and advanced imaging technologies (CBCT, ultrasonic tips, bioceramics) into clinical practice.
- Enhance precision, efficiency, and predictability in surgical endodontic procedures.
- Strengthen decision-making for managing complex cases with a tooth-preservation philosophy.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to apply microsurgical concepts and techniques confidently to improve patient outcomes and extend the longevity of natural teeth.

• In 1994 he obtained the American High School Diploma issued by the international AFS program.
• Graduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Florence in 2004.
• Specialized in Stomatology and Dental Surgery at the University of Florence in 2007.
• He trained and specialized in Endodontics by attending a long series of challenging courses held by qualified teachers in Italy and abroad.
• Founder of the www.dental-art.education course center.
• Certified Member ESE (European Society of Endodontics).
• Contract professor (for the year 2016) at the second level master’s degree in Endodontics at the Second University of Naples.
• Speaker in national and international conferences, organizer of workshops and conferences in Italy and abroad.
• He is part of the Fradeani Education team whose aim is to share, disseminate and promote an Italian model of dental excellence worldwide, characterized by respect for clinical rigor associated with maximum operational simplicity.
• Provides advice to various multinational companies for the development and improvement of equipment and material dedicated to endodontics.
• Organizer of practical workshops and hands-on courses in Italy and abroad.
• He limits his activity to Micro-endodontics and he works as a consultant in selected clinics in Campania and Tuscany.
