SIDC 2025 (Jeddah) is happening on 27th to 29th of November 2025 at Jeddah Hilton.

The conference and exhibition have different timings.

Exhibition:

Thursday, 27 November 2025: 10AM to 6PM
Friday, 28 November 2025: 10AM to 6PM
Saturday: 29 November 2025: 10AM to 5PM

  • Jeddah Hilton is located 15 minutes away from King Abdulaziz International Airport and 20 minutes away from the city center.
  • Free parking is available within the venue.

  • All registrations are ONLINE. Refer to this registration link to get started.
  • Trade Visitor Registration (Exhibition visitors only) is free of charge.
  • Conference Registration is paid. The entitlement includes access to all the conference halls/lectures/sessions, CME/CPD Certificate and Attendance Certificate upon attending the conference.
  • Workshops Registration is paid, and separate registration access from conference. Access will be provided depending on which workshop you registered for. Certificate of Attendance will be provided upon attending the conference.
  • There is no lunch provided in these registration categories.

The conference and exhibition are taking place LIVE and in-person. You must be at the venue to attend.

Please note that all registrations are online. In the instance that you have arrived onsite without registering prior, the staff will assist and direct you to complete the online registration.

CME/CPD Certificate and Certificate of Attendance will be available for download within 3-4 weeks after the event. You will be notified by email once the certificates are ready.

For Saudi residents, you will be eligible to receive the CME credits which will be reflected on the Mumaris account after 2-3 weeks, after approval by the Saudi Council.
