Dr. Alain Romanos

DMD, MS, MBA, Dipl. AAP, FICD, ITI Fellow

 

Bio:

Dr. Alain Romanos is Assistant Professor of Periodontology at the Lebanese University and visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (USA). He is the founder and clinical director of Lounge Dental Clinic (Lebanon & UAE) and director of Lounge Dental Academy. He holds a DMD from the Free University of Brussels, dual master’s degrees in periodontics and science from UAB, and an executive MBA from ESA/ESCP. A fellow of the ITI and FICD, Dr. Romanos has authored numerous publications and delivered over 280 international lectures on periodontal regeneration, soft tissue management, and implant esthetics. Dr. Romanos is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

 

 

Dr. Irfan Abas

DDS, MSc

 

Bio:

Dr. Irfan Abas is a leading restorative dentist and implantologist from the Netherlands with extensive clinical experience and expertise in the area of high-quality restorative and implantology treatments. After graduating from ACTA in 2008, Abas followed a 4-year postgraduate education in restorative dentistry and oral implantology at Radboud University Nijmegen. With broad clinical experience and expertise in the area of high-quality restorative and implantology treatments, he established his own referral practice in Bussum in 2014 with the goal of achieving optimal aesthetic and functional results for his patients. He is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and his dedication to quality and innovation within dentistry is evident from his leadership in giving international lectures and presentations. In addition to his clinical activities, Abas is a published author of 21 articles in case report journals. He has also committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise by founding his own successful training institute, the Abas Implant Academy, in 2019. The purpose of this academy is to train dentists in safely and effectively performing implantology procedures.
