Silvia Bresciano has a Certificate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists and a Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene by the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts (USA), graduation year 1987.
The diploma has been integrated and certified by the University of California, Los Angeles (USA) with the course of Anesthesia and Expanded functions for Dental Hygienists. She obtained the attainment of the National Board for Dental Hygienists, the Northeast Regional Board in Boston and the California In 2004 she graduated by the University of Genoa, Italy with the degree of Dottore in Igiene Dentale.
During the academic years of 2003/ 2004 she attended successfully the Masters Degree in Preventive Dentistry by the University La Sapienza of Rome, Italy.
From 1994 to 1997 she was professor at the Dental Hygiene School by the University of Genoa, Italy.
Silvia Bresciano has been a teaching professor in dental hygiene for l’Università di Torino from 2004 to 2016 in the dental hygiene course and held seminars for dental students from 2008 to 2013.

She has been regional president and board of director member of the Italian Dental Hygienists Association (AIDI). Is currently a faculty member for the annual specialization course for dental hygienists held by the Italian Periodontal Society (SIDP) and for the Master in Dental Hygiene of University of Torino.
She is an expert clinician and has experience in Public Dental Health Programs in schools and communities. Speaker in different National and International meetings and seminars at universities.
